1. Acceptance rules for quartz glass

1. The production unit must check the quality of the ex-factory products according to the Ministry's standards and the requirements of the ordering unit.

2. All kinds of quartz glass products should be accompanied by product qualification certificate and product instruction manual when leaving the factory. The qualification certificate must have the main chemical composition of the product, performance indicators and the signature of the inspector, indicate the date of production, and print the name of the manufacturer Or the code of the manufacturer.

3. For high-purity coated quartz glass products, the coating weight of the product should be attached when leaving the factory.

4. Each low-expansion quartz glass tube must be analyzed for titanium dioxide content and have a product number.

5. The ordering unit expressly has the right to randomly inspect the product quality according to the standards of the quartz glass department and the agreement recognized by both the supplier and the buyer. If it does not meet the standards of the department and the order agreement, it should take double samples for repeated inspection. The time of dispute can be submitted to the arbitration department for identification. If still not If it conforms to the product standard and order agreement, it will be treated as unqualified. If quality problems are found half a year after receiving the goods, the goods will not be returned.

Second, the packaging method of quartz glass

1. Containers and auxiliary materials for packaging products:

(1) Packing box: use wooden box or carton, depending on the specific situation of the product.

(2) Auxiliary materials: paper strips, corrugated paper, plastic films, foam plastics, straw ropes, hemp ropes, etc. are selected as appropriate.

2. Thick tubes of transparent quartz glass should first be packed with paper or plastic film and single-layer corrugated paper; thin tubes and rods should be packed in bundles. If necessary, each tube or rod should be packed with paper or single-layer corrugated Tie it tightly with fine hemp rope, and each bundle should be a product of the same diameter and length. Then put it into a packing box filled with hay or paper strips.

3. Quartz glass instruments, utensils, optical glass and plates should be individually packaged with soft paper plastic film. High-purity quartz glass products must be packaged with plastic film. For products that can be overlapped, several products should be stacked together and wrapped in fine linen. The rope is tied tightly, and then packed into a packing box filled with hay or paper strips.

4. The packaging of large-scale opaque quartz glass products and large quartz glass bricks should be tightly bound with straw ropes, and then packed into packing boxes filled with paper strips. Wooden clips can be used for large quartz glass bricks.

5. Each bundle or box of products should be accompanied by a product manual and a packing list. Indicate:

(1) Product name, specification, quantity and weight;

(2) The name and address of the production unit;

(3) The name and address of the consignee;

(4) The date of manufacture or delivery of the product;

6. Except for large-scale products, the gross weight of each box shall not exceed 25 kg.

7. The outside of the quartz glass box should be marked: receiving unit and department, address, phone number; delivery unit, address, phone number; and paste words or graphics such as "glass instrument", "handle with care", "do not turn upside down".
